Plural Canada Immigration Solutions & Services Ltd. is a company incorporated in Canada and operating under the regulation and license granted by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (RCIC # R707231).

The consultant
Oscar Franco
Oscar has dual citizenship, Mexican and Canadian. In Mexico, he developed an extensive career in academia, public service, and the financial industry. Already in Canada he worked for a global bank, the Trade Commission of Mexico in Vancouver and in the Mexico-Canada Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program of the Consulate of Mexico in the same city.
Currently, as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, he advises clients on how to obtain temporary or permanent residence in Canada.
His training includes bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics; an MBA; and a Certificate in Immigration Laws, Policy and Procedures from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
He is an accredited member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (R707231) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants.
